Refunds & Reservation information
Hurricane Ivan has visited the
Western Caribbean, even though an uninvited and unwelcome guest
he has decided to crash our party!
If your Ship has changed
itinerary from Grand Cayman to Costa Maya your deposit can be
switched to an excursion/reservation in Costa Maya. Please
let us know how we may help.
Most excursion deposits for the
two weeks of Sept 5th to Sept 19, 2004, have been refunded using
our Bank of Butterfield Bermuda branch office due to our Cayman
office not in Operation at this time. Refunds should
reflect in your statement within 3 to 4 weeks, please contact us
if you have not received your refund by that time. We thank you for your patience.
